  1. Distribute and review the 2018 Co-op Statement.
  2. The Premium Accessories Baker's Dozen Sales Plan for 2019 is now available!  Take advantage of this sales plan to keep stock on your shelf, and get the 13th absolutely free!
  3. If you haven't give your TM your completed Spring 2019 SPIFF Program Participation Agreement, please make sure to get it in by 1/31/19!
  4. The Dealer Meeting invitations have been sent out via email.  Please make sure to RSVP by 1/29/19!

  1. The Fan Energy Rating (FER) deadline of July 3, 2019 is fast approaching.  As new information becomes available we will keep you informed of ongoing changes and what it means for the industry.  Click here to read Trane's latest announcement.  
  2. Trane has announced an upgrade to the XL824 smart connected control.  Here is a link to the product bulletin for more information.  
  3. Trane released Software Version 5.4 for the 824/850/1050 controls.  Check out the improvements here in the Product Bulletin. 
  4. We have updated the Warranty Parts Return Form.  It has also been posted on the Warranty Submissions page on our website. Please make sure you are using this new form for your warranty returns.  

TRANE COMFORT SPECIALIST (TCS)
  1. The 2019 TCS Sales Plan has been published.  What benefits of the program do you want to start using in 2019?  We are here to help!
  2. The electronic TCS 2019 Welcome Packets are scheduled to go out the week of January 14th.  Be on the lookout!
  3. Google Reviews are a key component of the TCS Program, and crucial to your business!  Your TM will review your Google Review Report with you.
