CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

We continue to monitor information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our top priority remains the health and wellness of our employees, customers and vendor partners.

We remain committed to providing safe and dependable services to our customers.

We are taking the following precautions in accordance with our NYS Safety Plan to reduce exposure to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • We are continuing our enhanced sanitization measures at all branches which include the sanitization of our doors, counters, shelves, restrooms and other common areas.
  • Everyone is to sanitize their hands upon entry to any of our buildings, and before and after touching shared surfaces.
  • Every employee fills out a health assessment each morning, and they will not leave their home if they have symptoms of COVID-19, a positive test result, or have been in close or proximate contact with someone who has tested positive, or has experienced symptoms
  • We are continuing our hand sanitizing, face covering, and social distancing procedures with all deliveries.

We are implementing the following changes to our normal business operations:

  • Territory Managers are meeting with dealers virtually.
  • We are welcoming visitors back into our buildings, but we ask that you please follow our hand sanitizing, face covering, and social distancing procedures. We also ask that you do not enter our buildings if you have symptoms of COVID-19, a positive test result,  have been in close or proximate contact with someone who has tested positive or has experienced symptoms.
  • If you prefer curbside pickup we are happy to arrange that with you.
  • We are now accepting returns. If you have a return, please Click Here to be redirected to our Equipment Return/ RGA Request page, and we will coordinate a pickup with your next delivery. 
  • We are not scheduling any in-person training sessions at our branches yet, but if you would like to schedule virtual training please contact our Field Service Representative, Mark Sommers.

We are mindful that the situation may continue to change. We will continue keep you updated with our procedures as necessary.
